- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- For bank transfer payments, please allow one (1) additional business day to verify that funds have cleared before processing begins.

Product Availability & Website Glitches
We make every effort to keep product listings and stock levels accurate and up to date. However, occasional technical errors, website glitches, or stock discrepancies may occur.
In such cases:
- If an item is out of stock or unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly.
- You will be given the option to choose a replacement, receive store credit, or request a refund for the unavailable item(s).
- We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order affected by pricing errors, duplicate transactions, or incorrect stock listings caused by system or website malfunctions.

Delivery Options
Nationwide Delivery (Trinidad & Tobago)
We offer nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners. Rates are based on location and total package weight (up to 50 lbs per package).
- Urban Areas – $40 (up to 50 lbs):
Central up to San Fernando, East up to Trincity, and North up to Diego Martin. - Rural Areas – $45 (up to 50 lbs):
Includes locations past San Fernando to Point Fortin, past Diego Martin to Chaguaramas, and past Trincity to Valencia. - Extended Areas – $55 (up to 50 lbs):
Includes Mayaro, Moruga, Rio Claro, Tableland, Penal, Tabaquite, Manzanilla, and similar locations. - Remote Areas – $65 (up to 50 lbs):
Includes Toco, Matelot, Icacos, Guayaguayare, Ortoire, Balandra, and other hard-to-reach areas. - Tobago Deliveries – $60 (up to 50 lbs):
Orders are shipped via courier and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Trinidad: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Tobago: 2–5 business days after dispatch
(Delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or public holidays.)
Local Pickup (Free Option)
Customers may collect orders at our retail location:

Tuesday to Saturday – 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Shipping Costs & Additional Fees
- Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on delivery address, package weight, and size.
- Additional courier charges (if applicable) will be communicated prior to dispatch.
- Orders exceeding 100 lbs may incur special handling or split-shipment fees.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity:
- All orders may be subject to verification checks before processing or dispatch.
- We reserve the right to request proof of identity or payment verification in cases of suspicious or high-value orders.
- Any attempt to submit false information, misuse discounts, or exploit system errors may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and possible legal action.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

- Chargebacks or disputes initiated after confirmed delivery or valid cancellation will be considered fraudulent.
- In such cases, Mood Candle/Soap Supplies TT Ltd will provide transaction and delivery proof to the payment processor.
- Repeated or fraudulent chargeback attempts may lead to blacklisting and legal recovery of costs related to the dispute.
