Description:

Translucent Crystals are a specialized additive designed to be melted directly into candle wax—particularly paraffin and paraffin-blend candles—to improve wax clarity, firmness, and fragrance throw. Ideal for use in container candles and pillar candles, this additive helps create a more translucent, glassy appearance in the finished candle while enhancing structural stability and minimizing mottling.

Usage Rate:

1% to 3% of total wax weight(10–30g per 1kg of wax)

• Improves wax clarity and gives a smooth, glassy finish

• Enhances fragrance retention and scent throw

• Helps reduce surface mottling, especially in paraffin candles

• Increases wax hardness for better shape and structure

• Compatible with most paraffin and paraffin blend waxes

How to Use:

1. Add directly to fully melted wax (above 80–85°C / 175–185°F)

2. Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved

3. Add fragrance and dye after the crystals are fully incorporated

4. Pour as usual

Notes:

• Not suitable for natural waxes like soy or coconut

• Do not exceed recommended usage—overuse may impact scent throw or burn quality

• Always test burn to ensure compatibility with your wax and wick system
